Wireless on Mac OS 10.4
I was having problems with my wireless signal dropping on my PowerBook every time I would close the lid and open it back up…I assume you are not as lazy as me and have probably fixed this with a quick Google search already…but in case you didn’t…here’s a fix:
Moving Again...
I have accepted a job in Chicago with a company by the name of GN ReSound. I will be doing a combination of Software Development and System Administration in the R&D Department for them.
My wife and I are looking forward to the move and hope everything ends up being as good as our first impressions (both the job & the new city). I start the new job on June 20 (about a week away). Jenny will be moving up later this year, probably in the August-September timeframe.
We are both going to be leaving behind jobs we enjoy and friends we will definitely miss. Our hope is that the new move will be a choice in our lives that we will not regret…as we are definitely not dissatisfied with our current situation in Kansas City.
There will be more details to come on the topic in the future…and the move will bring a ton of opportunity for more posts…so check back for updates…
